Refund Policy

Overview

At Compose Animations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are digital goods (source code and animations), we have established the following refund policy.

PRO Subscription (Monthly / Yearly)

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PRO content until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

If you are unsatisfied with the PRO subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This 7-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at rodrigomartind@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your email address used for the purchase
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The refund is requested after the applicable guarantee period
• There is evidence of abuse, such as downloading all content before requesting a refund
• The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Free Content

Free animations and content are provided at no cost and are not subject to refund requests.
