Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Compose Animations ("composeanimations.dev", "the Service"), operated by Rodrigo Martin Dominguez ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Compose Animations is a digital platform that provides a curated catalog of production-ready Jetpack Compose animations for Android developers. The Service includes free animations, premium content accessible via paid subscriptions (PRO monthly/yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, and educational resources including motion philosophy documentation and physics-based animation decisions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all PRO content. Prices are displayed in USD and may be updated with prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kotlin/Jetpack Compose code snippets in your personal and commercial Android projects. You may copy, modify, and integrate the code into your applications. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code as standalone products, templates, or in any code marketplace. Each license is for a single developer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Compose Animations, including but not limited to code, animations, design, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rodrigo Martin Dominguez. The animations are original works inspired by common UI patterns found in leading apps. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of the original source material beyond the usage license described above.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share or redistribute PRO content with non-licensed users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to scrape or bulk-download content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free, that it will work in all environments, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You use the code at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
